At Smarter Living we make every effort to ensure a pleasant shopping experience. If you are dissatisfied, for any reason, please let us know immediately.
We take every complaint very seriously and we will respond personally within 24 hours.
Are you not satisfied with our solution of your complaint? Then you can contact the European ODR platform. This is a platform for dispute resolution. Any complaint is normally treated within 90 days.
To view your orders and / or to make changes to your order, you can check your order history by logging into your account.
Orders that you have placed will be confirmed with a confirmation send via e-mail. Included in the confirmation is your order number. You will need this reference number if you wish to return or exchange any items. When you contact Smarter Living BV, make sure you have your order number on hand.

Still no confirmation e-mail? Please contact us immediately so we can check the order status for you.

Registered companies outside the Netherlands are welcome to also shop at Smarter Living (excluding VAT).
If you own a registered company, located in one of the European countries we ship to, please provide us with a valid VAT number upon registration. We'll ship using the export tariff that excludes the Dutch VAT.
The conditions are:
- Create an account and fill out all your business details.
- Both the invoice and the shipping address need to be outside the Netherlands but in one of the European countries we ship to.
- All Purchases are now calculated without Dutch VAT. Local taxes may still apply, please check with your accountant or (local) government.
