Same day shipping applies to all purchases on Smarter Living that provide instant payment placed prior to 23:00, Monday through Friday. Subject to availability in the central warehouse.
Depending on where you are located, departure from our warehouse may be earlier in the day. Every product will tell you the expected ship date.
We ship at no extra cost to the following European countries:
Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Montenegro, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Turkey.
At Smarter Living your private details are truly private.
- Smarter Living is open about our privacy settings and suitably careful when handling private data.
- Smarter Living will never sell or pass on your private details to a third party.
- All your information will be safely stored in a non-public and encrypted database.
- When you place an order only the following information is required: name, address, e-mail, telephone number and payment details applicable to the payment option you choose.
- We use a cookie to store the items in your shopping cart. This cookie is stored for the duration of your session. Once you exit the browser, the cookie is deleted.
- Like all webshops Smarter Living also uses a cookie to track which pages are visited and which sections of the shop are used most intensively. The information from this cookie is solely used to improve the usability and user experience of the shop. The information will certainly not be used to provide us with visitor profiles.
Service & Returns
At Smarter Living you are entitled to a no-questions-asked return with refund within 14 days of receipt of your order.
- We do require that the product is still complete and as far as possible, in its original packaging. Damaged and/of incomplete products are not eligible for exchange or refund.
- If you need to return or exchange a product please contact us. We will send you the necessary information so we can track your return and complete the exchange or refund.
- In the event of a return, our customer service department will inspect the returned item(s). We will communicate the results to you shortly after receiving the item, when the item is eligible for a refund Smarter Living will refund your money in a timely manner.
Alle our products are checked with a stringent quality control process. Having said that, should you receive and item that is defective in any way, we will make every effort to minimize any further inconvenience.
All prices at Smarter Living are in euro's and include 21% Dutch VAT. Our prices are in correspondence with the suggested retail prices as recommended by the brands we represent.
We offer a fair price for high service and charge no fees for the payment method of your choice.
We offer multiple payment methods. Please check our Payment options for the details.
We do charge a small shipping fee, which is at the level we pay for our international shipping.
If you prefer to take care of shipping we can accommodate that as well.
At Smarter Living we make every effort to ensure a pleasant shopping experience. If you are dissatisfied, for any reason, please let us know immediately.
We take every complaint very seriously and we will respond personally within 24 hours.
Are you not satisfied with our solution of your complaint? Then you can contact the European ODR platform. This is a platform for dispute resolution. Any complaint is normally treated within 90 days.
To view your orders and / or to make changes to your order, you can check your Order History by logging into your account.
Orders that you have placed will be confirmed with a confirmation send via e-mail. Included in the confirmation is your order number. You will need this reference number if you wish to return or exchange any items. When you contact Smarter Living BV, make sure you have your order number on hand.

Still no confirmation e-mail? Please contact us immediately so we can check the order status for you.

If you own a registered company, located in one of the European countries we ship to, please provide us with a valid VAT number -excluding the country code- upon registration. We'll ship using the export tariff that excludes the Dutch VAT.
The conditions are:
- Create an account and fill out all your business details.
- Both the invoice and the shipping address need to be outside the Netherlands but in one of the European countries we ship to.
- All Purchases are now calculated without Dutch VAT. Local taxes may still apply, please check with your accountant or (local) government.
